ZTE, after launching its premium smart phone dubbed Axon in the US, on wednesday launched its mid-range ZTE Blade D6 in the ongoing mobile world congress Shanghi 2015. The price of this smart phone is not known by now. However the company has mentioned the handset will reach Australia, Russia and Japan “over the next few months”.
The dual-SIM dual standby supporting ZTE Blade D6 design profile resembles that of the iPhone 6 Plus. The smart phone has some special features: it bears a 13-mega pixel rear camera with dual-LED-true-tone flash and a 5-mega pixel front-facing camera, which has an 88-degree wide angles lense.
The smart phone’s 16 GB inbuilt storage is also expandable via micro SD card. The 4 G LTE-enabled device includes Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi and USB connectivity options. Backed by a 2200 mAH battery, the ZTE Blade D6 is 6.95 MM thin and weighs only 120 grams and available in several colour variations including silver, gold, pink and grey. The chief attraction of this smart phone is its design. ZTE boasts that the handset has a high-grade aluminum alloy body. At the same time the Blade D6 runs android 5.0 Lollipop underneath ZTE’s own Mi Favor 3.2 UI.
