Videocon Mobile Phones has launched its latest smart phone Z55 Dash. The MRP of Z55 Dash is RS 8,499 but, nonetheless, is exclusively available on online store Flipkart at a reduced price of RS 6,490. According to the company, the budget smart phone is indigenously designed and assembled completely in the country.
The dual-SIM smart phone comes with a 5-inch IPS screen with HD resolution and Dragontrail X Glass protection. The device is powered by a 1.4 GHz Cortex A7 octa-core processor along with 1 GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. In addition, it has 8GB of in-built storage which is further expandable up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card.
On the camera front, the smart phone sports an 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with Corning Glass and a 5 megapixel front camera. In terms of connectivity, it includes 2G, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE and GPS/ A-GPS. It also offers ambient light sensor and proximity sensor. moreover, the Z55 Dash is powered by a 2,200mAh battery and will be available in Black,White and White Chrome colours.
