The smartphone comes with a 5.7-inch AMOLED ClearBlack capacitive touchscreen with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 4 Protection. The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL runs on Microsoft Windows 10 OS and is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor aided by 3 GB of RAM. At the same time, it packs 32 GB of internal storage that can further be expanded up to 200 GB via a microSD card.

Regarding camera, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL packs a 20-megapixel PureView rear camera with several features such as Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, optical image stabilization and triple-LED RGB flash. Besides, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel front facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture and full-HD video recording.

TCL Pride T500L is the first budget phone 4G supported smartphone which comes with IRIS recognition system

Chinese company TCL has launched the TCL Pride T500L smartphone in November 2015 in India. This 4G driven smartphone is available exclusively on Snapdeal for Rs 10,499 only. The IRIS scanner enabled TCL Pride T500L features a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. The TCL Pride T500L runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with customised UI laid on top and is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB of RAM.

At the same time, the smartphone packs 16 GB of inbuilt storage which can further be expanded up to 32 GB via a MicroSD card slot.

The camera section of the TCL Pride T500L sports a 13-megapixel rear camera which comes with several features like LED flash, EIS (= electronic image stabilization), Autofocus, f/2.2 aperture and Sony Exmor RS sensor. Besides, the device houses an 8-megapixel fixed-focus front camera.

In terms of connectivity, the TCL Pride T500L supports dual SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. Apart these, the device includes Proximity sensor, Gyroscope, Ambient light sensor and Accelerometer.

ZTE Grand S3 smartphone is another high-end smartphone gadget available with IRIS recognition feature

The ZTE Grand S3 smartphone comes with an Eyeprint ID sensors which allows users to unlock the device after the front camera scans their retina. The expected price of the handset in India is Rs. 29,990. The ZTE Grand S3 is an Android v4.4 KitKat based smartphone that features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display though, it does not have a screen protector.

The smartphone is powered by a 2.5 GHz Krait 400 Snapdragon 801 Quad Core MSM8974AC processor aided by 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. In addition, the ZTE Grand S3 houses 16 GB of internal storage which can further be increased up to 64 GB with the use of a microSD card.

On the camera front, the device is accompanied by a 16-megapixel main camera with several features such as dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama and autofocus along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
