Panasonic unveils wide angle compact digital cameras DMC-FZ1000 and  DMC-FZ300 in India

Panasonic has launched two new bridge cameras in its Lumix range- Lumix DMC-FZ1000 and the Lumix DMC-FZ300. The cameras come with a price tag of Rs. 45,990 and Rs. 58,990, respectively. Both the cameras are equipped with 4K photography and video recording.

The Lumix DMC-FZ1000 comes with a 1-inch 20.1 megapixel MOS sensor that is 4x larger than the conventional sensor size and supports up to 16x optical zoom. This device has a 5-axis Hybrid Optical Image Stabiliser and a 5-step speed control system for image stabilization. Apart these, the image capturing tool includes a selection of shooting modes, manual controls for shutter speed, an aperture range of f/2.8-4.0, aperture, ISO and an Oled viewfinder with around 100-percent field of view.

Whereas, The DMC-FZ300 is a splash and dust proof hybrid compact camera, which comes with a full range F2.8 aperture in 600 mm and a 12.1-MP sensor that gives it 24x optical zoom.

These cameras come with wide-angle LEICA lens systems that have high-precision OLED live viewfinders. In addition, both devices have three new exclusive functions- 4K Burst Shooting, 4K Burst S/S (Start/Stop) and 4K Pre-burst. At the same time, both cameras are Wi-Fi enabled and are compatible with smartphones and tablets. They offer a flexible shooting experience and instant image sharing with just a press of a button. Since, both devices are DFD based so they achieve an ultra high-speed autofocus time of 0.09 seconds and a quick start-up time of 0.66 seconds.
