Japanese electronics major Panasonic has expanded its Eluga series, with the launch of Eluga Icon smart phone. Eluga Icon smartphone will be available exclusively on Amazon India. It will come at the price of Rs 10,999.
The smart phone features a large 5.5-inch IPS HD display. The Eluga Icon is 4G-enabled smartphone which is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. In addition, It has 16 GB internal storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The camera section of the phone comes with an 8- MP Front camera for selfies and a 13- MP rear camera with auto focus and LED flash.
The device runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Panasonic’s Icon user interface. In fact, Panasonic’s Icon user interface offers lots of features such as, Air Swipe Unlock, Mediatek Hot-Knot, Blink Play, iSense , Smart Awake – Double Tap to wake-up screen, and Picture-in-Picture Shot. Moreover, the smart phone has a powerful battery of 3500 mAh. The device is 7.9mm thick and its weighs only 147grams. The phone will be available in only 2 colours- slate and gold.
