Motorola has introduced a unique doorstep service called ‘Moto Xpress’ for all its users.  In fact ‘Moto Xpress’ is after-sales service in which the company repairs the device at users door step.Currently  this service is being tested in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. After that the service will be started in other cities as well.

The company charges Rs 199 for the Moto Xpress service, and promises to solve any hardware and/or software problems within five working days.

The procedure to call the Motorola representative home is quite simple. The company has set up Xpress Service Booking number ‘011-41717124’  for this purpose. Firstly, user can make a grievances call. Then the company will send a trained Motorola representative who will rectify the software and accessory related issues. The company claims that the software problems will be solved within an hour while the hardware problems will be solved within 5 working days.
