Micromax’s subsidiary Yu Televentures, has just launched its latest flagship smartphone- the Yutopia, which is claimed by the company as ‘the world’s most powerful phone’. The smartphone is priced at Rs 24,999 and is exclusively available at Amazon India. Interested customers can order the phone although, shipping starts on December 26.
The all-new Yutopia comes with a 5.2-inch 2K resolution IPS display and runs on Cyanogen OS 12.1, which is based on Android 5.1. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor coupled with Adreno 430 GPU. At the same time, the smartphone comes with 4 GB DDR4 RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB via micro SD card.
The camera section of the device houses a 21 megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, PDAF, OIS, 4K recording and Slow Motion capture. Besides, it also sports an 8 megapixel front camera with 77.3 degree wide angle.
From the connectivity point of view, the dual-SIM based device supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi (b/g/n/ac), GPRS, EDGE, 2G and so on. On the plus side, the Yutopia is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the back.
On the battery front, the smartphone is backed by a 3,000mAh high density li polymer cell battery with Quick Charge 2.0 feature. The dimensions of the handset are 146.6 x 72.66 x 7.22 mm.
