Indian handset maker Micromax , has launched its third smart phone the Yureka Plus, the upgraded version of its first budget smart phone, Yureka at RS. 9,999. However, It is costlier by RS. 1000 more than the previous Yureka. The main highlight of Micromax Yu Yureha is, it runs Cyanogen OS11, a custom after mark version of Android developed by Cyanogen. Cyanogen’s Android ROM, is known for its customizability, enhanced performance and additional security and privacy features.
The other highlight of this smart phone is, it features dual-SIM support and a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display, which is higher than previous Yureka. It sports Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. It has 16 GB of inbuilt storage with micro SD card support, expandable upto 32 GB and packs a 2500 mAh battery. This smart phone will be available in two colour variants- Alabaster white and moondust.
There is also an integrated gallery app, which collects data from multiple sources. So far its camera is concerned, it features a 13 MP rear camera with full HD video recording @ 30 fps, full frame rate, powerful LED flash and Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor. And at the same time, the front camera captures good quality selfies. It is also good for voice chat.
The smart phone will be sold through a flash sale on Amazon starting July 24, 2015.
