The Taiwanese multinational electronics and computer hardware company, Asus has launched its latest budget smartphone- the Asus ZenFone Go 4.5 in India. In point of fact, the Asus ZenFone Go 4.5 is the smaller variant of the Zenfone Go, which was launched in September.
The Asus Zenfone Go 4.5 comes in Black colour and is priced at Rs. 5,299. The handset will be exclusively available from Flipkart, leading offline stores and ASUS Exclusive Stores.
As the name implies, the Asus Zenfone Go 4.5 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. The dual-SIM based smartphone runs on ASUS ZenUI with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is powered by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6580 processor along with Mali 400MP2 GPU.
At the same time, the device houses 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 8 GB of in-built memory, that is further expandable up to 64 GB Via MicroSD card slot. On the plus side, the company offers 5 GB of free storage for lifetime together with 100 GB of free Google Drive storage for two years.
On the camera front, the smartphone packs a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. Besides, it also flaunts a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calling.
In terms of connectivity, the Asus Zenfone Go 4.5 supports 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, 3.5mm Headphone Jack, GPRS/ EDGE, micro USB and FM Radio. Apart these, the smartphone also includes eCompass, Accelerator, Proximity Sensor and Ambient Light Sensor.
Moreover, the Asus Zenfone Go 4.5 is fuelled by a 1600mAh Li – Po battery which provides 650 minutes of talk time and 355 hours of stand-by time. The dimension of the handset is 67x135x10.1 mm and weighs 133.5 gram.
