Intex launches 3G-Android Smartphone ‘Cloud Champ’ at RS 3,999

Indian handset maker Intex has launched a new entry-level Android smartphone- the Cloud Champ. This Android smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 3,999. The handset comes in Black, Silver and Champagne colour variants.   

Running Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, the Intex Cloud Champ features a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. The dual-SIM enabled and 3G-supported Intex Cloud Champ is powered by a dual-core MediaTek MT6572X processor clocked at 1GHz, along with Mali 400 GPU and 512 MB of RAM. At the same time, the smartphone bears 4 GB of built-in storage that can further be expanded up to 32 GB with the help of microSD card.

The camera section of the Intex Cloud Champ comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. While, the connectivity package compromises of Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi with hotspot, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Headphone Jack.

On the battery front, the Intex Cloud Champ is backed by a 1700mAh Li-ion battery which delivers up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 298 hours of stand-by time. The handset measures 136×67.5×8.7 mm.
