In the list of Cashless India, one more e-facility is going to include, which we all know as ‘Aadhaar Pay’. With the introduction of this facility, you will no longer need to keep cash, credit card or debit card in order to make any kind of payment.
Just anywhere through your finger, there will be a payment. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to start the facility of Aadhaar Pay on the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.
The facility started after the trial:
The trial of Aadhaar Pay facility has so far been done in Mother Dairy and Central Stores in Delhi, and it is being started on the petrol pump after the trial. This facility will be soon started in small retail outlets as well as big retail chains. It has been kept in mind that there will be no problem in the new facility.
Use Aadhaar Pay in this way:
Making payment through the Aadhaar Pay, your bank account should be linked to Aadhaar. You will have to remember your Aadhaar Number also. The machine available at shops and petrol pumps will be linked to Aadhaar. At the time of payment, the customer will be asked the name of his bank. The payment taker will link the machine to the bank’s server. The customer’s finger will be marked by entering the payment amount. Payment will be done on print matches.
Target to include 70 percent shops in 9 months:
The government’s aim is to start the Aadhaar Pay facility to 70 percent shops and transaction points in 6 to 9 months. Accordingly, more and more shops have been added to it, and soon 100 percent shops will be included with this facility. More and more shops will be connected to it so that customers will not face any problem.
No chance of Fraud:
In this facility, transaction will not be performed without customer’s finger print. The customer will have to link his bank account to the Aadhaar, otherwise transaction will not be performed. If hand print does not match, you will not be able to take advantage of this facility. Hence, there is no chance of any kind of fraud in this facility.
