Asus has launched its latest 4G-enabled zenPad 8 voice calling tablet in India. The zenPad 8 is sold with an audio coverage, priced at Rs 17,999. But, nonetheless the tablet has been priced at Rs 14,999 without the audio cover.
The Asus zenPad 8 comes with a bright and vivid 8-inch WXGA LED IPS display with company’s Tru2Life technology. Besides, it has an anti-fingerprint coating to the screen. On the storage front, the tablet runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop which is loaded with Asus ZenUI 2.0. It is powered by a OCTA-core power Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 615 and Adreno 405 GPU. Additionally, it has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory that is further expandable up to 64 GB via a microSD card. On the plus side, Asus offers 5 GB Webstorage Space and100 GB Google Drive storage for two years.
The camera section of the tablet sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. At the same time, it offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0. as connectivity front. The tablet is backed up with a 4,000mAh battery.
