Alcatel today introduced its latest smartphone, the OneTouch Flash 2, the successor to its last year’s OneTouch Flash. The 4G-enabled OneTouch Flash 2 will be available exclusively on online store Flipkart from October 20. However, the company has not revealed the price of the handset yet.
One of the main features of the device is its 13-MP Phase Detection Autofocus rear camera with a dual-tone LED flash. And at the same time, its 5-MP front-facing camera also has the backing of an LED flash. The smart phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and powered by a 1.3 GHz octa core MediaTek MT6735 processor. In addition, it has a Mali-T720 MP4 GPU for graphics.
Together with 2GB of RAM, the device has16 GB of built-in storage, which is expandable up to 128 GB via a micro SD card. The dual-SIM capable Alcatel Flash 2 has a 5-inch IPS HD display and supports 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, micro USB port, and Bluetooth and other standard connectivity features. Moreover, the handset is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery that delivers 10 hours of talk-time, 600 hours of stand-by time and 30 hours of music playback. It will be available in Volcanic Grey and Mica White colours.
