TCL Pride T500L with 4G and Iris Scanner launched in India for RS 10,499

TCL, the Chinese company, has launched its latest 4G-enabled smartphone called the TCL Pride T500L in India. The current price of the smartphone is Rs. 10,499 and is available exclusively on the online platform Snapdeal.

The main highlight of the TCL Pride T500L is its Iris scanner feature which allows users to unlock the device using their retinas. Besides, the smartphone features a 5-inch full-HD IPS display. The TCL Pride T500L runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with customised UI laid on top and is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. In addition, the dual-SIM based handset is aided by 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which can further be expanded up to 32 GB via a MicroSD card slot.

Regarding the camera department, the TCL Pride T500L houses a 13-megapixel rear camera which comes with several features like LED flash, EIS, Autofocus, f/2.2 aperture and Sony Exmor RS sensor. At the same time, the device sports an 8-megapixel fixed-focus front camera. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone includes 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.

Moreover, the TCL Pride T500L is fuelled by a massive 3050mAh battery and is available in two colors- White and Slate Grey.
